Tripper was our first Samoyed.  He was bred by George and Marilyn Rogers & James Stivers (Charisma Samoyeds).  

Tripper is the dog who introduced me to the "dog world."  He and I began taking obedience classes with the Dog Obedience Club of Las Cruces.  We continued through the classes, joined the club, and eventually earned the Companion Dog (CD) title and the Canine Good Citizen certificate.  Tripper also worked as a therapy dog in the nursing homes of Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Tripper's life was cut short by prostate cancer.  He died shortly after his fourth birthday.  He was with us only a short while, but gave me an entry into a whole new world and introduced me to many, many dear friends.
